Background

Movilla Abbey is unique in that Anglican and Methodists share the building together and much of the worship is joint. We have a joined ministry to the young people of the area with all the casual youth organisations, B.B., Scouts, Guides, etc. We employ a full time youth and family worker who co-ordinates a full youth programme. Over the last five years we have held Alpha Courses for those enquiring about the Christian faith. Our aim is to reach out and encourage people to share in the love of God and grow together in fellowship and worship.
